I’m the co-founder of WorkflowCo, an AI automation agency. Most of our work has come through Upwork, but we’re shifting to direct outbound and building a lean sales team. We’re implementing an enterprise-grade cold email system and hiring setters to open conversations and book meetings. You’ll start with self-generated outreach; once results are consistent, you’ll move to handling our warm leads. We’ve worked with established companies and have solid case studies.
