Knowledge is POWER!!!
Just wanted to vocalize the value I'm already seeing from 4 weeks of training!
I called and spoke with a very reputable lawyer in the ATL market who ONLY specializes in land deals. We spoke on the phone for a few minutes and he asked how long I had been working in land deals and I told him this would be my first deal. He was blown away I hadn't even completed a deal with the amount of knowledge I was spitting. Needless to say, I appreciate the high caliber level of knowledge this course has provided thus far! Looking to close 2-3 deals before October is done!
