Together we meet the realities of modern life more consciously through honest conversation, reflection, and shared experience. There is no pressure to perform, have answers, or speak perfectly here. Listening is participation too. Come as you are and meet others walking this path alongside you. -- The Living Practice 🫁 A Vitality & Tension Therapy session hosted by @Victor Malingreau • open to everyone in June, afterwards, part of the premium tier A monthly space to explore the movement of energy through the body, breath, and awareness. Drawing from various modalities, with guidance we anchor presence back into the body, shifting attention away from mental overactivity and habitual external patterns, giving space to receive life and its magic again. Tension Therapy works with the body’s innate intelligence to restore the natural rhythm inherent in all life on earth. 🎶 A live soundjourney hosted by @Thao Quyen Ha Thi - open to everyone in June, afterwards, part of the premium tier A monthly soundjourney is a 45–60 minute guided live session. It is designed as a space to slow down, reflect, and move through inner experience with awareness. You can see this as a small ritual, a moment to make space for whatever is alive in you. Something that may need attention, care, or simply a place to be witnessed. We arrive together, name a gentle intention (a transition, a feeling, a question), then move into a guided field of sound, voice, and silence, no performing, no “right way,” just staying present with what arises. Afterward we sit in a few moments of quiet to let it settle, then open a reflection circle where you can share or simply listen. We close by grounding together, so you leave more connected, clear, and carried by the presence of the group.
