I have 35 years' experience as pastor of an independent Bible-believing Methodist church, and continue to be engaged in an active open air preaching ministry in the northeast of England.
Tragically, many of the mainstream churches have abandoned the true gospel in order to conform to the fashionable philosophies prevailing in secular society. Real Christianity, however, constitutes what God has revealed in His word, the Bible.
I accordingly stand in the tradition of the Protestant Reformation, which represented a great rediscovery of Biblical truth, as opposed to what the institutional Church may decree at any one time. The Bible is breathed out by God, totally without error, and it is our only authority for all matters of doctrine and practice.
This community is not order to debate any disputed doctrinal position, but simply to try and help those who are seeking to understand - from the Bible - what the true gospel of Jesus Christ really is, and why it is such an urgent message.
