The truth is that we are born twice.
First, when we arrived on the Earth School (physical body.)
The second one is a rebirth - When we align our personality and actions with our true selves.
When we realize who we are and what we are here to do.
Many call this rebirth : A Spiritual Awakening
After we Awaken we Align.
Alignment happens when we accept and integrate our truth into our the subconscious mind.
When the essence of who we are is expressed at the subconscious level, this is Authentic Alignment.
When all 5 levels of self align with our True Self - this is Authentic Alignment.
Physical Self - Your body
'Thinking' Self - This concept of self lives in your mind. That is how you see yourself.
When the concept sinks into a feeling that is the realization of your identity.
Vibrational Self - This the energetics of emotion. How you Feel matters and eventually turns into matter. Emotions are Energy in Motion.
When you “feel” yourself as the essence — this is, Authentic Alignment
Higher Self - aka your Soul, Essence or Spirit - this is your Life Force
Highest Self - is your True Self, your connection to the Highest Power.
The moment we awaken to the truth that we are spiritual beings having a physical experience - we awaken.
Spiritual Awakening is Rebirth.
Then the rest of our physical life is dedicated to aligning with our Spiritual (Higher) Self.
