Presence Awareness | The Uncomfortable Truth
Presence itself is the highest frequency - it's peace, it's connection to the Creator, it's home.
But the path to presence?
That can feel uncomfortable.
Because presence requires you to stop doing, stop proving, stop performing.
*NOTE* This is me talking to me (and perhaps you, too) this is me talking to WE - sharing what I'm experiencing at this moment as I lean into Crazy Certainty in Presence Awareness.
And when you've spent your whole life in motion, in proving, in earning your worth through action and achievement, the stillness of presence can feel like emptiness at first.
It can feel like you're failing because nothing's happening, nobody's watching, nobody's validating.
That discomfort you're feeling right now - that's not a sign you're doing it wrong.
That's a sign you're doing it right.
You're touching something real.
You're bumping up against the belief that says "if I'm not doing something, if I'm not proving something, then I'm not enough."
And that belief is surfacing, so you can see it and release it.
True presence will feel good eventually.
But first, it has to feel unfamiliar.
It has to feel like you're losing something - because you are.
You're losing the need for external validation.
And that's a real death, even though it's a necessary one.
The question isn't "am I there yet?"
The question is: can you stay with the discomfort long enough for presence to reveal itself?
Can you trust that the emptiness you're feeling is actually the space where the Light comes in?
What comes up for you when I say that?
