10 Most Common Limiting Beliefs about Relationships and Love
Below are the 10 most common limiting beliefs about relationships and love👇 The beliefs we choose (or conform to) create our EOS (Energetics Operating System) - how Source Light Energy flows through us. Beliefs aren't permanent; your personal truth is a moving target. 1. “All relationships end in heartbreak.” 2. “Men can’t be trusted.” 3. “Women are too emotional to handle serious matters.” 4. “I always attract the wrong partners.” 5. “Love always comes with conditions.” 6. “I have to sacrifice my needs to keep a relationship.” 7. “I’m unlovable because of my flaws.” 8. “If I show vulnerability, I will get hurt.” 9. “Relationships mean losing my freedom.” 10. “I have to be perfect to find and keep love.” Question: Which of these beliefs are you aware of? What other belief would you add to the list? Lightsharing: What is the opposite of the limiting belief? What is the truth you are choosing now?

@Thomas Miller I don't think value is an issue from where I am standing, but then again what draws me to people is if they are "alive" in there and have ideas/can express them (in addition to feelings - a bonus if they can articulate those with some approximation). The next layer is if they are interesting. Then again I think everyone that meets the above criteria is valuable in ways yet to be discovered. Practical is a bonus, but there is lots of value in us all. The super bonus is if they have strengths where I have weakness and vice versa without any weird critical feelings about that symbiotic possibility - definitely outgrew codependency, but aligned inter-dependency is a promising sign.

@Thomas Miller and meeting cool interesting people to share laughs and experiences with on that growth journey. I like being alive in this particular point in the timeline I have to admit... I can be a semi-social cave woman lol.
Consciousness contains all
This is my interpretation of the situation - if it doesn't apply, let it fly. Not here to teach you to think like me - only to help remind you of what you already know. Imagine consciousness as the vast, infinite space in which all experiences, thoughts, and perceptions arise. The field of outer intention, if you will. It is not just a passive container, but an active field of awareness that holds and witnesses everything we encounter. In this moment, everything you perceive - the sights, sounds, thoughts, and emotions are enveloped within this boundless consciousness. It’s as if consciousness is the stage upon which the drama of life unfolds, yet it remains untouched by the changing scenes. This understanding invites us to see that our true essence, 'True Source Self,' is not limited to the objects of awareness but is the awareness itself. In recognizing this, we begin to glimpse the interconnectedness of all things, seeing that the energy and objects we perceive are expressions of this single, unified field. The Source One creates outer intention for all to share. This is what I humbly call: Lightsharing For me, researching consciousness for the past 6 years and integrating it with RT, ACIM, Kabbalah, and the wisdom of the mystics has been transformative. Relationships exist within consciousness, and consciousness exists because of relationships. Everything is relative. Everything is energy (contained within consciousness). Expressing in and around: interactions, experiences, creations. This is my interpretation of the situation... How's it resonating with your own experiences?

I had a "problem" dream constellation that I woke up and processed, but then went back to sleep and experienced the "solution" dream and it was pretty awesome. So much to say about that but the infinite is really both within and without (but not in the way we would naturally think about it). Kind of hard to explain, but I think you get where I am going with this tiny node I am breaking off right here....
Presence Awareness | The Uncomfortable Truth
Presence itself is the highest frequency - it's peace, it's connection to the Creator, it's home. But the path to presence? That can feel uncomfortable. Because presence requires you to stop doing, stop proving, stop performing. *NOTE* This is me talking to me (and perhaps you, too) this is me talking to WE - sharing what I'm experiencing at this moment as I lean into Crazy Certainty in Presence Awareness. And when you've spent your whole life in motion, in proving, in earning your worth through action and achievement, the stillness of presence can feel like emptiness at first. It can feel like you're failing because nothing's happening, nobody's watching, nobody's validating. That discomfort you're feeling right now - that's not a sign you're doing it wrong. That's a sign you're doing it right. You're touching something real. You're bumping up against the belief that says "if I'm not doing something, if I'm not proving something, then I'm not enough." And that belief is surfacing, so you can see it and release it. True presence will feel good eventually. But first, it has to feel unfamiliar. It has to feel like you're losing something - because you are. You're losing the need for external validation. And that's a real death, even though it's a necessary one. The question isn't "am I there yet?" The question is: can you stay with the discomfort long enough for presence to reveal itself? Can you trust that the emptiness you're feeling is actually the space where the Light comes in? What comes up for you when I say that?

"am I there?" for me often is more like "where exactly am I?" lol mostly the ADHD and multiple things - working on the singularities and completing the loops more is getting me back to me.
Everything is Connected. Everything is Energy. (some 3d proof)
Watch this video if you need some 3D evidence of this Universal Truth that sets us all free. They are qualities of energy: - Yin → receptive, cooling, inward, still - Yang → active, heating, outward, moving Nothing in reality is purely one or the other. Your body is energy - Recovery (yin) + exertion (yang) Your metabolism? - Storage (yin) + burning (yang) Your mind is energy - Awareness (yin) + thought/action (yang) Everything is a dynamic process, not a fixed state. Which aligns directly with science: - At the quantum level, everything is vibration - What looks “solid” is actually energy in patterns Everything is energy Everything is connected And it all exists inside consciousness

@Thomas Miller between confusion and clarity, overwhelm and breakthrough, and a few others. So many people think that love and hate are opposites but I think they are the same coin just different reference point their true opposite is apathy and dissociation perhaps? For some reason I am thinking about poor Phyneas Gage and wondering what other interesting things were going on inside the people Dimassio studied in his Iowa Gambling Study that had disconnected vmPrefrontal Cortexes? Not sure why... Just curious now

@Thomas Miller perhaps like degrees on the thermometer and definitely directional of some sort
I have posted on IG and TikTok for 11 days in a row, now
I declared the intention to start posting on social media. I'm actually enjoying the process, now Perhaps because I've adopted the "Give It Away" state of consciousness and then there's this: “When I watch my own content, I don’t get cringe now. And if it’s cringy, I cut it. But if it feels good and true, I say, okay, let’s put it through.” Here's a recent Reel https://www.instagram.com/reel/DW9RzBKlBgz/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link&igsh=MzRlODBiNWFlZA== And if you feel like following the content flow adventure: IG and TikTok @drtomhaving

@Thomas Miller If you can do talking head videos those work extremely well with the woven in B-roll elements. Those I think are great for longer long form content personally. I get tired or pure b-roll and the talking head can get less interesting overtime (my adhd is probably to blame for that experience personally) so I think a great mix will keep the AVD up and the rest is just topic and your energy broadcasting.

@KimMarie Patey I started my YT and was using Capcut right around the China showdown and had to learn a new editing software on the fly (evaluating several and trying them out with 0 experience) so I got made at TikTok for shutting down and it just felt super unstable and untrustworthy, but honestly from what I hear the exposure and the regulations about what advertisers restrict is wayyyyy better than Youtube. It is worth a look into for sure even if you wanted to create a personality and wisdom based presence and then bring the R&D behind the scenes of building your next thing... just a thought though.
