Breathing the Peace of Presence (simple as it gets)
Take a slow breath in…
feel the fullness…
and notice the tiny moment of stillness before the exhale begins.
Then breathe out…
feel the release…
and sense the gentle pause that follows before the next inhale arises.
This pause…
is your anchor.
There is nothing to do inside the pause.
Nothing to change.
Nothing to fix.
It is simply a moment where life becomes perfectly still.
As you breathe, allow your awareness to rest in these pauses.
Not forcing them…
not lengthening them…
just sensing them.
It's as if you're focusing your attention on a serene lake.
between soft, rolling waves.
Inhale…
pause…
exhale…
pause…
This is BEing the stillness of presence.
This is your True Self.
This is Life Now.
This is God.
