I'm Jan Trnka, an award-winning filmmaker and director based in Bali. I built my career from nothing, weddings, starting with mountain biking videos, then weddings and whatever else paid, for almost ten years, before I found the shift that took me from small gigs to a production company doing $50K plus months for tourism boards and global brands.
Creative Launchpad is five short lessons on that shift. What changed my career wasn't more gear or more hustle, it was positioning, focus, and knowing what clients actually pay for. Free, about twenty minutes total, built to save you the years I spent figuring it out the hard way.
