🥗 What’s New This Month: Our April Focus is NUTRITION 🥗
This month inside the community, we are focusing on our Nutrition Pillar. Nutrition is about so much more than food rules or trying to be perfect. It plays a big role in energy, mood, focus, stress levels, and whole-body wellness. Throughout April, we’ll be talking about topics like: ✨ Balanced eating ✨ Whole foods vs. processed foods ✨ Blood sugar balance ✨ Meal planning basics ✨ Gut-brain connection ✨ Nutrients that support mood ✨ Hydration and energy ✨ Mindful eating ✨ Food neutrality ✨ Grocery planning and meal prep And much, much more! Our goal this month is to make nutrition feel more simple, supportive, and realistic.

As we get ready to wrap up our **Mental Health focus by Sunday**, I just wanted to take a moment to share what has been new in the community this week. 🧠 **This Week’s Focus: Stress Management – Stress Less, Live More** This week, we focused specifically on stress management and added two new videos to support this topic: ✨ **Self-Soothing Techniques** ✨ **Understanding Stress Responses** I will be adding the links to both of those, so be sure to check them out if you have not already. 💛 **A Warm Welcome to Our New Members** I also want to give a very warm welcome to all of our **new members** who joined this week. We are so glad you are here, and I truly appreciate you being part of this community. If you have not already, please take a moment to introduce yourself under the **Welcome post** so we can get to know you better. 📚 **Don’t Forget the Free Course** Be sure to check out the **Classroom** area for the **Free Whole-Body Wellness Kickstart Course**.
