This mixed salad was so delicious. It is finley shredded white cabbage, lettuce, spring onion, cucumber, tomato, beetroot, boiled egg & avocado, dressed with olive oil, apple cider vinegar and a mix of himalayan and celtic salt 👌🏼 🥗 I prepped a big bowl which gives me 4 portions.

Hello I weighed myself this morning I’ve lost 6 lbs it’s been hard as holidays birthdays and Christmas have been and gone can I have some more help please a weigh-in to you once a week or whatever you think that will help my weak willed self 🙈🥂🩷
