Hey Momma Bears,
Has anyone developed a routine regimen when getting their day started.. This morning I failed dramatically because the whole house woke up late. But, I typically like to start with Godly meditation and stillness , then I do a 15 min work out(going to be upping this to 30 mins in 2 days wish me luck lol) . What’s your go to regimen toward getting a positive day started? Do you tend to feel flustered if the routine is broken?
