This course will be about finding time for mommy/self. Let's acknowledge that when we take on the role of being a mother we gain every identity, yet we tend to lose ourselves (our own identity). It's not a bad thing but, it can feel like one is lacking at times. It's important to remember YOU, do things for you. Well being is all about taking care of YOU. Here you will find tips for getting back in shape, rediscovering old ways of having fun, tips on getting your GLOW back, etc.
