Don't neglect your audience
Today I would like to say something about one of my negative experiences.
I neglected my audience and posted videos that I thought they would like.
That was a big mistake and my YT channel dropped from 3.3 million to only 800 thousand monthly views.
Studying YT analytics I realized that 80% of my audience is over 45 years old, 70% are men and they prefer sexy jokes.
My audience watches jokes in Serbian and Bosnian language, and my jokes were in Croatian language.
When I changed this, the audience came back.

I hope this will help someone not to make a similar mistake.
