Daily Practice — Rhythm & Flow
This course contains my daily practice sessions.
Each session uses a small set of bachata fundamentals — box, in-place, side-to-side, open, return, turn, and syncopation — arranged through a domino system to create a new combination every time.
We start with a warm-up, build the pattern across a few songs, and finish with a more open freestyle round to work on movement, musicality, and flow.
Use these as follow-along practice sessions or as inspiration for your own daily training.
