Accountability and Journal - Day 9
+4R yesterday (1W/2L/1BE). I didn't have much emotional bandwidth yesterday, even though I didn't tilt or take bad trades. I did have some poor executions on good trade ideas that cost me some losses. I think the losing streak was in my mind, because I closed my winner for 6R, way before reaching even near my target area. Total -6R down on the week. It may seem like I am disappointed from how I write by how this week went, but actually I got a ton of valuable lessons and reflections on my trading issues. Also, I am just happy I showed up and traded 2 weeks in a row already.
