Failure is only on you if you completely give up. Failure is good. Failure means you tried. Trying is the goal. The journey is the destination. We never arrive and that is ok. Today... stay present. Being where you are at. Putting in all the work that needs to get done today. Keeping a victorious attitude. Connected with the Universe. These are proper uses of the will. Today we shall meet life with full presence and power.

100 pushups. Break them up however you need to. Just get them done before Sunday. Post your count when you finish. No excuses, no exceptions. If you can't do traditional pushups, do them fucking vertical on a wall to start. Do them 45 degrees on a chair or park bench, idgaf, do them.
