By the end of this wargame I would have… I would have clarity on how to proceed with Ryan to create the highest likelihood that we continue our conversation to the insights meeting. I want to be able to overcome his fear of seeing us as some other EdTech company. Top 3 questions for the group: 1. Since we already had a quick vision meeting, do I approach this as an insight meeting since he has already signed an NDA and has expressed interest in looking at what we have built already? 2. Is a hybrid vision-insight meeting effective in anyone’s experience? If so, what would a collaboration document look like at this stage? 3. How would you address possible objections to working with us since we might come across as a single point solution?
