Trauma and phobia
A phobia is an extreme, exaggerated and irrational response to a thought, memory or experience. It leads to avoidance. And it can be connected to seemingly unrelated events. Anything in the environment, whether or not you’re consciously aware of it, can become tangled up in a traumatic experience. Even allergies can have a traumatic connection.
Because the connection is unconscious, it can take years to unravel- unless you have a way to access unconscious connections. Muscle testing allows you to explore connections you wouldn’t consciously make. It reveals the layers of experience your mind has constructed.
