Hi all, For the other coaches out there in scoring grades how do you go managing rotations with the bench? Do you have set players in key positions (like a CHB) who would play the whole game or do you rotate everyone regardless of where they play? Also what have you done so that your players don't think of the bench as punishment and instead it's a tool to help? Cheers
