What I recommend to everyone for longevity?
1. The human body needs vitamins and minerals in order to maintain in a healthy state.
The solution that I recommend to everyone - take natural based supplements - brand Amway - nutrilite daily multivitamin tablets 60-90-180 tablets (maybe there different sizes now.
Without supplying your body with vitamins and minerals then in the long run ,at least once per year you will be sick , due to lack of the necessary vitamins and minerals.
Other tablets that I advise people to take from time to time, Amway omega 3 fish oil(for the brain) and cal mag vitamin d ( for the bones. And last one collagen - multi collagen protein 100%. That's what I use. Use those things when you don't use the multivitamin.
A woman said , you could do check with a special doctor for which minerals and vitamins you are in abundance and which are in scarce, and I told her this suggestion of hers is for extremely advanced people that really do care for their health and they can pay extra for that service.
2. I had recently a chat with a woman regarding heart attack on people and what does she do to prevent she to ever getting it.
She told me she use aspirin. Aspirin on e per day at bedtime to prevent future heart attacks.
I took started to use aspirin, after a few days I checked with artificial intelligence and it told me that I should be taking aspirin everyday. Because I drink other tablets and if I drink aspirin daily, it will make my main tablets less effective. And that's why only one tablet per week and the artificial intelligence agreed.
Aspirin affects blood in several ways:
**Main effects:**
1. **Thins blood**: Reduces blood clotting by preventing platelets from sticking together.
2. **Prevents platelet activation**: Slows down platelet activity to prevent excessive clotting.
3. **Dilutes blood**: Increases blood volume slightly due to increased fluid retention.
**Other effects:**
1. **Lowers blood pressure**: Temporarily reduces blood pressure due to blood thinning.
2. **Reduces inflammation**: Decreases inflammatory chemicals in blood, easing pain and swelling.
3. **Increases bleeding time**: Makes it take longer for bleeding to stop due to reduced clotting.
**Medical uses:**
1. **Prevents heart attacks and strokes**
2. **Treats pain and inflammation**
3. **Reduces fever**
3. Avoid drinking, smoking, and other bad habits (there is whole formula for that , but right now I don't want to talk about because my point is to share the longevity formula backed by logic.
4. Avoid eating and drinking shit.
I am talking about shit sausages, and other shit and cheap products because it will damage your health. From time to time you can afford to eat shit, but mainly, just cook for yourself.
5. Avoid eating too much sweets, because that would cause diabetes and if you get diabetes, then this is for life.
If you choose to eat too much sweets , then drink more water, so to dilute the sweet stuff you ate.
When it comes to eating food, I eat like this when I am at work , if I eat 9 am then I eat 3 pm, and if I want to eat something on 12 am break, then I either eat something small or small quantity or I drink more liquids.
The stomach doesn't make a diff between food or liquid, it gets full and the sensation for hunger is temporary gone.
6. Avoid negativity in all aspects of life.
Avoid people to talk negatively stuff towards you.
Avoid negatice thoughts.
Avoid everything negative.
Create personal grati affirmations and positive empowering affirmations for your self esteem and to not allow negative thoughts in your life.
Because you can't be grateful and negative at the same time.
7. Avoid potential life treating situations, neither as joke neither for real, like for example , today I watched a video where a couple rents a yacht and make funny video prank. The boyfriend ties big fish to a cord and to her girlfriend body, he pretends to sleep next to her and before he goes to bed while she is sleeping, he throws the fish over board. Then a shark picks up the fish and took out of the board the woman , and the man immediately jump and after that he rescued her, and if he was 10 seconds late , she would be dead.
Human stupidity.
8. Set target for when you want to die , for example I had chosen for me - to die at the age of 125 in bed , natural death through sleep. Not a year before. And if it's more than that 125 years, then np.
I had had conversations with people , they say that they don't want to live that long they say , it's a god command, and they will probably die at 60-70 years old. That's what they said.
I said , with this kind of statements , you attract your death.
You use the law of attraction against you.
9. Eating meat affects the body in various ways, both positively and negatively.
**Positive effects:**
1. **High-quality protein**: Builds and repairs muscles, organs, and tissues.
2. **Iron and zinc**: Essential minerals for healthy red blood cells and immune function.
3. **Vitamin B12**: Crucial for brain function, blood formation, and nerve health.
4. **Energy boost**: Provides calories for energy production.
**Negative effects:**
1. **Saturated fat and cholesterol**: Increase heart disease risk factors.
2. **Cancer risk**: Consuming processed meat increases colorectal cancer risk.
3. **Type 2 diabetes**: Regularly eating red meat increases risk.
4. **Kidney strain**: High animal protein intake can stress kidneys.
5. **Digestive issues**: Some people may experience constipation or diarrhea.
**Specific meats:**
- **Red meat** (beef, pork): Highest in saturated fat and cholesterol
- **Processed meat** (hot dogs, sausages): Highest in cancer risk factors
- **Poultry** (chicken, turkey): Leaner protein, lower risk factors
- **Fish** (salmon, tuna): High in omega-3s, lower risk factors
That's why if you are eating too much meat and/or if you are obese and/or if you are working out too much then I suggest taking aspirin to reduce blood clothing, because have in mind , you can't sense the heart attack , neither can't predict it, that's why the best case is to prevent it from ever happening.
10. Maintaining proper care for your teeth, I mean if there is something to repair, then fix it, no matter the money , do your at least 1 year teeth checks.
