🤝 BROTHERHOOD – INTRODUCE YOURSELF 🤝
If you’re here, you’re not here by accident. This is where it starts. Not with a workout. Not with a diet. Not with motivation. With ownership. ⚔️ The Rule Here No surface-level introductions. We don’t do: - “Hey guys” - “Happy to be here” - “Let’s go 🔥” That does nothing. 🧱 Your Introduction (Do This Properly) Post your introduction below using this format: 1. Where you’re at right now. Be honest. - Physically - Mentally - Structurally (discipline, routines, consistency) 2. Where you’ve fallen off… No excuses. Just the truth. What’s slipped? - Training - Nutrition - Discipline - Standards 3. What standard you’re reclaiming? This matters most. What are you locking back in? - “Training 3-4x/week” - “No garbage food during the week” - “Up at 5am, no snooze” Make it real. Make it specific. 4. Why are you here right now? What finally pushed you to stop drifting? ⚠️ Read This Nobody in here is perfect. But in here: - We tell the truth - We take ownership - We execute You’ll get out exactly what you put in. 🤝 Brotherhood Standard You don’t just post and disappear. You: - Respond to other men - Acknowledge effort - Hold the line together This is a brotherhood — not a comment section. 🔥 Your Move Drop your introduction below. Own where you’re at. Call your shot. Start moving forward. The Grind Is The Gold.

WELCOME TO THE FORGE This is not another fitness group. This is Titans 4 Life — The Forge: a brotherhood built around one thing: Execution. Not motivation. Not excuses. Not information overload. Execution. The Forge is a system for men who: - Know what to do but are not doing it consistently - Have allowed their standards to slip - Are tired of drifting in their body, discipline, finances, and life - Know they are capable of more We focus on: - Strength - Nutrition and body composition - Mobility - Discipline - Daily structure - Finances - Brotherhood The goal is to help you stop starting over and rebuild discipline, strength, and consistency. This is not: - A place to scroll and stay the same - A place to complain without taking action - A place for ego, excuses, or half-effort You do not need to be perfect—but you do need to participate. By consistently executing inside The Forge, you can begin to: - Rebuild a consistent training routine - Improve your nutrition and body composition - Restore strength and move better - Establish simple, repeatable daily systems - Create at least one non-negotiable standard - Operate with greater structure and intention Nothing extreme. Just consistent execution that compounds. Inside The Forge: - Tell the truth - Follow through - Execute consistently - Support your brothers - Take ownership No ego. No excuses. No hiding. Start Here — Complete These Steps 1. Introduce Yourself Go to the Brotherhood section and share: - Where you are right now - Where you have fallen off - What standard you are reclaiming Own it. 2. Set Your First Standard Choose one non-negotiable for this week: - Training - Nutrition - Sleep - Finances - Mobility - Discipline Keep it simple and measurable. 3. Post Your Commitment Post: “I’m committing to __________ this week.”... Or... "I'm commiting to the monthly challenge set forth by the group." This is where accountability begins.

The Protein First Rule
Men, Here’s one of the easiest nutrition habits you can start today: Make animal protein half your plate at least. Eat it first. Before the fries. Before the rice. Before the bread. Before dessert. Start with the meat, eggs, Greek yogurt, cottage cheese—whatever your main protein source is. Why? Protein helps keep you full, supports muscle, and makes it a lot harder to accidentally fill up on the stuff that doesn’t move you toward your goals. You don’t need a perfect diet. Sometimes you just need a better order of operations. Next meal: protein first. Simple. Repeatable. Effective.

Week 1 Wins
Titans, I want to start using the “wins” section on Sundays. An informal “Sunday Audit” if you will (The Sunday Audit episode drops September 23rd, don’t miss it.) Let’s review what went right in our week, and share it with the group. I’ll go first. -Continued working out, all lower body days with a busted shoulder. But, the promise was kept. I refuse to be the “old me.” See video below for what I mean there! https://www.instagram.com/reel/Dc6lA6sy7Z4/?stkn=MW5razVtdDNqOWJnZg== -This down time has allowed me to tackle small projects and be present with my family. Small blessing in disguise. -Biggest win: yesterday, we went for a walk as a family in the afternoon. We go almost every day. But yesterday, my 7 year old said when we got home: “Fresh air and vitamin D is good for you Dad!” Knowing the message is sinking in, is a huge win in the fatherhood department for me. Hopefully it’s a habit they carry forward the rest of their lives for their physical and mental health. Not everything went right this week either… but: Focus on the wins. Stack receipts. Make adjustments. Attack the weaknesses. Repeat. Wishing everyone a wonderful week. Let’s get after it 💪🏻
The “Drop The Zero” Protein Hack
Men, Want a quick way to tell if something is actually high in protein? Look at the calories. Drop the last zero. If the grams of protein are around that number or higher, you’ve got a solid protein choice. 200 calories → aim for 20g+ protein 350 calories → aim for 35g+ protein 500 calories → aim for 50g+ protein It’s not a perfect science, but it’s an easy rule to remember when you’re reading labels, grocery shopping, or grabbing food on the go. Stop guessing. Check the label. Drop the zero. Prioritize protein. Have a great Sunday 💪🏻 **quick thanks to member @Ron Friend for mentioning this hack. Especially helpful when you’re on the go.**
