Built an entire HR department using AI Agents — end to end.
n8n recently introduced native Zoom integration. First thing I thought: “Could I automate an entire hiring pipeline with AI?”
So I gave it a shot. And yeah it works.
You can literally say:
“Hire a Software Engineer in Test for an X company”...and the system runs the full process:
- Posts the job on LinkedIn
- Collects and parses applications
- Uses GPT-4 to read resumes + cover letters
- Scores candidates based on fit
- Sends rejection emails to the low scorers
- Runs phone screenings using Retell AI
- Schedules Zoom interviews
- And even joins the call + interviews them via a voice agent
No humans involved unless needed.
