Welcome
This group used to be about leadership in general; however, I most recently felt a calling to rename it and focus it on men. So, if you are a man, and want to connect with other like minded men who are striving to be better and find out what God has called men to be in scripture...then this group is for you. All are welcome! If you don't know where you fall but are still looking for what it means to be a man or what manhood really is...you are more than welcome and we look forward to you being here. If you are new here: 1. Please let us know who you are. 2. Why you joined? 3. What are your expectations from the group.

Prayer Requests
Most Wednesday at 1pm EST we will go love to pray for our brothers who have specific prayer requests. For the first one we will go over the biblical way to pray based on the Lord's Prayer that Jesus prayed as a template on how we should pray. This is the starting point.

What we can learn from Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego.
For some reason I had an urge to share this. If you don’t know the passage go read Daniel 3: 8-30. This is an encounter where the culture, society, and country leadership mandated that everyone bow down and worship a king and false gods. These 3 men had their names changed to mock God. Shadrach means “I am fearful of god” (Aku - moon god) and he was named Chananyah meaning “The Lord Shows Favor”. Meshach means “Who is like Aku” and was named Misha’el which means “Who is like God?” And finally Abednego means “Servant of Nego/Nabu” (Babylonian gods) and he was named Azaryah which means “The Lord is my Help.” The culture tried to take away their identifies and make them indoctrinated into Babylonian leadership and society. When threatened with death and torture they refused to give in and stood their ground. They stated that “God will protect them and deliver them from burning…Even if God decided it to protect them they still would not worship a false god. These guards died when they put them in the fire from the heat and the 3 men unbound and walking freely in the furnace. There was a 4th person in there with them until God delivered them from the fire unscathed. When they came out of the fire all the glory, honor, and credit went to God. In today’s society the cultures want men to stand down, look the other way, and not make waves. Give into the confusion of the current narrative and support ideologies that are from God. This weakens families, homes, generations, and communities. NO MORE! We stand on truth and the foundations that will restore families, homes, generations and communities. So God can be given all the glory, honor, and credit.
