Our diagonal call spread strategy is like covered calls trading, but instead of buying stocks we buy long term options(on good stocks) as the cover for the short term options we sell. This strategy takes less capital and offers higher returns than traditional covered calls. It's like earning rent payments on long term options. We also trade a diagonal put spread strategy for income.
