Most of you have lived this loop:
Land the interview → feel great about it → wait two weeks → no offer.
Then replay it in your head, trying to figure out what went wrong. 😬
Here's what I've learned watching this happen hundreds of times: it's almost never the experience or the resume.
It's the first 90 seconds of the conversation. The "tell me about yourself" answer that's a recital instead of a positioning move.
