Why ThriveWorkx
I have had multiple jobs, many of which failed, and even been fired a time or two. I sat down and asked myself: "Why?"
After praying, taking medication, attending group meetings, writing a few books, and conducting a hard self-evaluation, insight struck. Lack of communication, lack of teaching, not being ready to learn, the struggle of not being fully at rest within myself, unvalidated feelings of unworthiness, and a lack of drive and motivation.
What I've learned and would like to instruct others in is born of repeated failure. Thomas Edison once said I have not failed but have found ten thousand ways for this not to work. Whereas I have not had but about a hundred jobs, I know what doesn't work, and through reading and engaging with those that have made careers works I have a better understanding of how to help participants with not only the struggles I've had but what I've learned about. Through communication and a clear thought process, THRIVEworks was born.
