Intro
Hi! I am Tina Belcher ( yes, that is my real name) and I live in southwest Virginia. My body is 59 years old and I’m a grandmother to 4, one of which we are raising.
I came here looking for women of my generation to converse with and to get healthier with. I am horribly out of shape ( strength and endurance) and have a meno belly that no one, not even my Dr, can help with. So why not trust somebody that’s either been there or at least understands where I’m at?
