I wanted to ask real quick if you all have tips for fasting. I am starting to realize that some of the things I’m fasting and praying over are long term things that I may have to hit more heavily than I have been. As I have been on this journey of starting to fast and pray over things in my life, I also see that certain fasts you can only do for so long before it starts to impact your health. Does intermittent fasting work best for something you practice daily? How/when do you decide to do a water fast?
