In our first year, we grew organically to 500+ members and hosted 48 in-person events, creating continuity, trust, and a stronger sense of belonging across the Vancouver tech ecosystem.
๐ง๐ต๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฑ+ is our deeper online layer, carrying the continuity of our real-life connections into one quieter online home.
It is designed for committed members who want more structure between our in-person gatherings and are ready to build their careers and companies, grow their skills and visibility, and take a more active role in shaping a tech ecosystem with greater access, representation, and economic power for women+ and beyond.
