I joined This is Coaching by chance. A conversation with Matt drew me in and inspired me to join Jen's Practice Coaching Hours. Since then, I've felt deeply connected to this community. Saying out loud that I wanted serve people and starting with myself was the best thing i have done.stepping into actually being a coach, both inside and outside of coaching,learning to let go of outcomes in a healthy way,learning to slow down with breathwork, meditation, are just some, weekly practice here has been the bulk of it, coaching is alot of micro skills on display, i have got to practice them here with continued support, if the pursuit of mastery calls to you, then this is the place
