Welcome to ThirdBrain BOB. Glad you're here.
If you already use AI every day but it lives in scattered chats that don't connect to your actual business, you're in the right place. That's the exact problem BOB exists to fix. BOB (Business Operating Brain) gives your AI a structured set of folders to work inside for your business — your context, your workflows, your files — instead of a blank chat box. The goal isn't better chat. It's finished work. Do these three things to get started: 1. Read "What Is BOB? The Complete Picture" in the Classroom. It's free and explains the whole system in one place.👉 https://www.skool.com/thirdbrain-tech-3102/classroom/27f45bf5 2. Download the ONE free pack that matches your biggest need right now — Business, Marketing, Sales, Media, or Enterprise — and run a single skill on a real task. Don't try to learn all of it. Just get one win. 3. Confess your blank-box ceremony 👇 When you're ready to compound, the paid Starter Vault links everything together: research feeds proposals, context survives across sessions, and your outputs start sounding like you. Bring your AI tool. We'll bring the workflows. — Carine

Free packs vs the Starter Vault — what's the difference?
"What do I miss if I just grab the free packs?" Good question — and the honest answer is: nothing is locked. The free packs are real, working skills you can run today. THE FREE PACKS = YOUR TOOLBOX Download any of the five free packs in the Classroom — Business, Marketing, Sales, Media, Enterprise. Each is a set of governed AI skills you point at a real task. Dozens of skills, free, forever. Run them in Claude Code, Codex, or Gemini. What they DON'T include: the system around them. THE STARTER VAULT = AN OWNED, LOCAL-FIRST IMPLEMENTATION SYSTEM ThirdBrain BOB — the Business Operating Brain — is an owned, local-first AI implementation system for digitalization partners serving SMBs. Free packs give you skills; the Starter Vault gives you the structure that makes them compound into deliverable client work — onboarding, proposals and follow-up, process docs, monthly reporting, content, issue triage: ✅ A place for every output to live (folders + data model) — so nothing is an orphaned file ✅ Skills that auto-load — no manual wiring into your AI ✅ Playbooks that chain skills into outcomes ("launch a product", not "run skill #7") ✅ Dashboards (Bases) so you can SEE your business, not just generate files ✅ Cross-functional set — 150+ skills across every department, not one silo ✅ Guided onboarding — point the AI at your existing business material and follow the setup guide to get operational THE REAL DIFFERENCE With free packs, skills run into the void — great output, but it doesn't connect or accumulate. With the Starter Vault, research feeds proposals, context survives across sessions, and your work builds on itself. Free proves the skills are real. The Starter Vault is the system that runs them. 👉 Find the Starter Vault also under the Classrooms. If you're not operational after your first 14 days, we work with you to day 30 — or your money back.

Just crossed over into another month
Here in Belgium, we are halfway through the summer holidays. This skool community started about 2 months ago, creating the classroom downloads for installation and making more tutorials and reference material available. I am preparing for a new cut of the system this weekend, and plan on doing a kind of office hours weekly meeting for anyone to join, and just hands-on Q&A. So the question is, when would be the best day for this. Weekday or Weekend, and then which time. I think we have people from australia, europe, asia and canada and us (est and pst) timezones. So to start of, if you could reply with your preference(s), we can find the best day and time.
Website audit - How it's done
I added a new PDF to the example Website Audit section. It explains the full website audit report pipeline: which skills are involved, which parts come from Starter vs Marketing Free vs QMS Pro, and how the final branded report is assembled. Useful if you want to understand what sits behind the “nice report” output before running your own audit.
BOB Starter vault v2.4.0 released
Release v2.4.0 of the starter vault is updated. What's new/different 1. KPI loop v2 + the scoreboard — new KPI.base (RAG scoreboard with live values + trend sparklines) and the whole KPI-note machinery. 2. ~15 new Bases (data views) — KPI.base, and a finance/ops set: Fixed-Assets, Leases, ECL-Assessments, Period-Closes, Provisions, Performance-Obligations, Gratuity-Provisions, WPS-Records, References, Audit-Processes, Operational-Audit, Processes, Content-Calendar, courseware-tracking, plus pomodoro-stats. 3. BOB Workspace coverage expansion — new nav groups (Marketing / HR & People / Research & Knowledge), Finance "Assets & Close", Audit wired, explicit base wiring (the plugin config + entities changed). 4. Datamodel refinements (60 schema files) — new entities behind those Bases (fixed-asset, lease, ECL, period-close, provisions, performance-obligation, gratuity, WPS, references, audit-processes), kpi_category: product, meeting company_id/company_type, conditional client_id, period-close reconciliation. 5. Skill content upgrades (227 skill files) — same 167 skills, but many rewritten/deepened. The most visible changeis in the BOB workspace with tighter base integration, widgets and help system built-in.
