Hidden Advantages?!
A lot of Third Culture people grow up feeling like outsiders.
But one hidden advantage of growing up “between worlds” is this:
You often become a translator between people.
Not just language.People.
You learn how to:
- explain ideas differently
- read social situations
- adapt communication styles
- connect groups that normally misunderstand each other
That’s leadership.
