Welcome to Third Culture Leadership
If you’re here, you probably feel it… That sense of being between worlds — between cultures, identities, or ways of thinking. This space is for exploring that — and turning it into something powerful through storytelling, writing, and creative expression. Let’s start simple 👇 Introduce yourself: - Where are you from / where do you feel “between”? - What draws you to storytelling or creativity? - What’s one story you’ve always wanted to tell? 📸 Bonus: Share a photo of your workspace, notes, or anything that represents your creative world. Looking forward to getting to know you all.

What gif represents Third Culture?
Inspired by another Community - curious if there is a "gif" that represents being Third Culture - what would it be? My suggestion:
What gif represents Third Culture?
World Cup
This may be targeted at @Carson Gutierrez - but it’s open for all of us. With the Word Cup coming up - I was wondering out loud (via here) what is the most “Third Culture” event - what other cultural event unites the world on this scale? You could say the Olympics - but then people have their preferred sport & you could argue that countries play to their strengths and that it can all be a bit political. Of course there are some countries with way more infrastructure and advantages so are more likely to win the World Cup - but as a global sport - surely this is the most uniting

Limiting Beliefs, Learning to Live
This really resonated with me so I wanted to share. Any body else become hyper vigilant because of trauma? Third Culture is the product of my survival. https://youtu.be/RvzgUtjCxRw?si=Zj1mRNnAMAPJs_NZ
Hidden Advantages?!
A lot of Third Culture people grow up feeling like outsiders. But one hidden advantage of growing up “between worlds” is this: You often become a translator between people. Not just language.People. You learn how to: - explain ideas differently - read social situations - adapt communication styles - connect groups that normally misunderstand each other That’s leadership. So here’s the question: What’s something you think you understand better because of your background or mixed experiences? Could be: - people - humour - conflict - travel - business - relationships - culture - storytelling - faith - communication 👇 Curious to hear everyone’s answers.
