Day #8: List your business options.
Day 8 - Option #1: thinking about building an SEO agency business targeting local businesses in the UK & USA. I don't really have a niche yet as my website is currently positioned as a General SEO Agency. Leaning that way because this business can be started with very little capital and puts you in a positive cashflow from day 1 because you can get paid upfront.
My biggest worry: It can be difficult to overcome my fears of the phone and I can easily get caught up doing the fulfillment work instead of focusing on growth work. If I niched down too early, i might be leaving a lot of money on the table.
Day 8 - Option #2: Rank & Rent:
This is also a great option as it can provide me with the passive income. However, it can take time to work and has costs upfront.
My worry: Upfront costs and the time it takes to start making money. This won't work if you need to generate cashflow fast. I'm probably going to pause rank and rent for now and focus on the agency over the next few months.
