Day #26
I've been lacking on posting. Sorry for that. I am behind honestly. Here is my day 26.
Step-by-Step Delivery Process
  1. Client purchases the service
  2. The client pays $947 and signs an agreement explaining the services included, the monthly billing terms, and the fact that specific Google rankings cannot be guaranteed.
  3. Send the onboarding form
  4. I send the client a form requesting:
  • Business name, address, and phone number
  • Website and social media links
  • Business hours and service areas
  • Services offered
  • Logo and business photographs
  • Target locations and keywords
  • Main competitors
  • Current Google Business Profile link
  • Special offers or promotions
  • Collect Google Business Profile access
The client keeps primary ownership of the profile and invites my business as a manager. I will never ask the client to share their Google password.
  • Complete an initial profile audit
I review the existing profile for missing or incorrect information, category selection, services, photographs, reviews, posts, business description, and other optimization opportunities. I also record the starting position so progress can be measured.
  • Create the fulfillment brief
I organize the client’s information into a clear project brief. Once I confirm that the information and access are complete, I purchase the $397 Get Booked package from my fulfillment provider.
  • Manage the fulfillment process
I communicate with the fulfillment provider, answer questions, monitor deadlines, and remain the client’s main point of contact. The package includes profile optimization, keyword and competitor research, Google posts, geo-optimized images, citations, backlinks, review tools, Bing Places and Apple Maps setup, reporting, and other local visibility services.
  • Perform quality control
Before delivering the work, I check that:
  • The business information is accurate and consistent.
  • The correct categories and services were used.
  • The description, images, and posts match the client’s business.
  • No unauthorized or misleading changes were made.
  • The review-request process follows Google’s policies.
  • All promised deliverables were completed.
I request revisions from the fulfillment provider if anything is missing or incorrect.
  • Deliver the work to the client
I provide the client with a completion summary showing what was optimized, their reporting dashboard, completed content and images, review tools or QR cards, and recommendations for the next month.
  • Continue monthly management
Each month, I monitor the work, review the monthly report, communicate results to the client, and coordinate the next round of posts, images, citations, backlinks, review requests, and profile improvements. A quarterly strategy review can also be provided.
Margin Check
I estimate spending approximately three hours of my own time per client each month:
  • Client onboarding and communication: 45 minutes
  • Preparing the fulfillment order: 45 minutes
  • Quality-control review: 60 minutes
  • Reporting and client handoff: 30 minutes
I am valuing my time at $50 per hour.
  • Client price: $947
  • Fulfillment cost: $397
  • Three hours of my time: $150
  • Estimated payment-processing fee of 3%: $28.41
  • Total estimated costs: $575.41
  • Estimated profit: $371.59
  • Estimated profit margin: 39.2%
Before counting my time and payment-processing fees, the gross profit is $550 and the gross margin is 58.1%.
