I have been a part of numerous AI Enablement sessions that are using AI tools to produce. Lot's of videos and quick elearning seems to be the default. I have found myself referring to the elearning for knowledge transfer, but it's not adequate to really change behavior and build skills. What do you think? What have you found that works?
