Fundamental Fueling Favorites
My favorite foods to
1. fuel workouts
2. Eat cleaner
3. have sustainable energy while cut
•fruits ( I like blue berries, bananas and black berries)
•granola - dont overthink but don’t go crazy on the sugar I go with honey and oats
•HONEY- I live off this during fight camps and even eat some before fights.
•spinach- goes great with my eggs
•EGGS- a majority of my Calories during camp comes from eggs.
•peanut butter- organic PB with no palm oil is necessary.
•beef- no need to explain
•Beans
•canned veggies
•low sodium seasonings. ( I use dash)
•basmati rice
•hot/spicy foods-boost metabolism (if bullshit lmk, I’ve been wrong before)
