Energized by nature

I took my son tent camping up in Alabama this past weekend. Neither of us had slept outside in nature in quite a while something that we did all the time when he was younger.

There was obvious pushback by an almost 12 year-old when he was told what we were doing. It wasn’t shortly after opening his eyes on the first morning in the tent that he was already talking about not wanting to leave. We rollerbladed and hiked some awesome trails finishing at King‘s Chair lookout on Oak Mountain.

Definitely feeling re-energized, refocused & ready to crush this week.
