Psalms 42:10-11
“As with a breaking of my bones, My enemies reproach me, While they say to me all day long, “Where is your God?” Why are you cast down, O my soul? And why are you disquieted within me? Hope in God; For I shall yet praise Him, The help of my countenance and my God.”
When people around you are questioning your faith in God and his presence, when you are mocked or criticized, when you feel downcast, remind yourself that a discouraged soul is not a faithless soul. Speak to your soul, acknowledge and name what you’re are feeling instead of pretending everything is fine, and the Holy Spirit will help you with it. Remind your heart of God’s goodness. Circumstances change, feelings come and go, but God remains faithful 💕💕
