Why do leaders have no one to ask for help?
When I stepped into leadership, I thought guidance would be there.
It wasn’t.
Turnover was happening.
I didn’t have answers.
And I didn’t have anyone I could actually go to.
I asked questions.
People would help… but only to a point.
It always felt like something was being held back.
Like sharing too much might create competition.
So I figured it out the hard way.
Trial and error.
Mistakes I didn’t need to make.
Years of learning what could have been shared in months.
That’s why I built the Leadership Lab.
