Hey everyone! Just a little update…
Today I’m moving my amazing nan and grandad into a beautiful care home where they will get the care they need!
It’s a day that’s going to be full of emotion for everyone and somewhat stressful as well😩
I’m leaving the Hub in all of your capable hands to look after!
