The next phase of my growing journey is soaking my king blue oyster in water to get a second flush after my first harvest and I’ve introduced the black pearl oyster & lion’s mane to the grow chamber.
Also, my partner made a DELICIOUS mushroom pie with the king blue oysters we harvested. The crust was flakey and buttery with a filling of cheese the the KBO sautéed with onion, garlic, & curry. So yummy.
