It’s kind of crazy that today is Sunday and also the start of a new month. Happy February! What a wild ride it has been and what a great start to the year. As this Sunday gets started, I want to share with you guys that my mindset going forward is being held accountable by you guys and also me holding you guys accountable. That’s what community is. Looking forward, every morning we will be posting in this chat either a photo of you moving, a photo of you eating a healthy meal, working out, or whatever your morning routine is. I want us to ALL get better. Build together, move together, GROW together. Happy Sunday. I look forward to seeing all your photos. Start of the week.
It’s Monday. We don’t wait for motivation here. This week isn’t about being perfect. It's about showing up anyway. You don’t need a new plan. You need to execute the one you already know works. Move your body. Fuel your body as you respect yourself. Do the thing you keep putting off. No spiraling. No overthinking. Just discipline, consistency, and self-trust. I’m here to remind you who you are. You’re capable. You’re disciplined. And you don’t fold when things get uncomfortable. Let’s set the tone now. How are you showing up for yourself today? I'll go first.
