Welcome home. 👋
We're so glad you're here. This is the room we always wished existed — a place where leading, building, and becoming aren't three separate conversations, because in your real life they never are. Two quick things to get you started: 1. Head to Introductions and tell us who you are and what you're carrying right now. We read every one, and we reply. 2. Turn on notifications for The Weekly Moment — it's the short, honest note we drop every week. It's the heartbeat of this place. You don't have to have it all figured out to be here. You just have to show up. So — welcome. Let's maximize it together. — Tasha & Walter

Start here — introduce yourself. 👇
No pressure, no perfect answer. Just tell us: • Who are you, and what do you lead or build? • What's one area that you are carrying the greatest responsibility as a person of influence — at work or at home? • What made you hit join? We'll be in the comments. This is how you become someone we know instead of a name on a list. We'll go first 👇
🎧 Episode 1 · Marriage Behind the Mission | Maximize the Moment
Season 1 starts where our whole story starts — what it actually cost to build a company with the person we married, and why we stopped pretending the boardroom and the kitchen table were separate conversations. 🎧 Listen now, then come back and tell us: - Where in your life have you been trying to keep two things separate that were never really separate - Work and home? Who you are and who you feel you have to perform as? Drop it below 👇 We're reading every one. 📄 Want to go deeper? Grab the companion guide in the classroom.

I'll be honest with you — we almost didn't start this. 😅
For years, people kept telling us to build a community. And for years, I had a reason to wait. When the branding's perfect. When we have more time. When it all feels ready. But here's what I finally had to sit with: "when it's ready" was just a prettier way of saying "not yet." And "not yet" is where God-sized dreams go to sit quietly and wait on a moment that never actually comes. So no — this isn't ready. It's just started. And I'm learning, over and over, that started beats perfect every single time. So let me ask you what I had to ask myself: what's the thing you keep saying you'll do "when it's ready"? Say it out loud in the comments. Sometimes naming it is the whole first step. 👇 — Tasha
