Today Tara is laying out the eleven hallmarks of the inner critic.. the way she talks, the things she repeats, how she manages to sound so reasonable while she's doing it. You'll recognise her. Most of us find more than one of the eleven in there, and that's the point.. once you know how she sounds, you can hear her coming.

One small task. Catch one line she says to you, today or tonight, and write it down word for word. Just the sentence. We'll come back to it.
