Hey moms! I am SO sorry for my hiatus on here. We had a lot of different life things happening while still balancing the normal day-to-day responsibilities and sometimes craziness that comes with motherhood lol BUT, I am officially back in this space and ready to truly give you all a close-knit community and resources that can truly change not only your health and fitness... but your life. You may have noticed this group has been slightly re-branded. I have decided to pair my extensive expertise in fitness coaching with my love for Disney, motherhood, and my faith in Jesus! So, in this group you will find a community of moms who want to finally get fitness results without extremes, but who also love being a mom, love all things Disney, and who put Jesus first.
