How Important Is Proper Monitoring on Big Stages?
Yesterday I performed on a huge stage in front of a big crowd and during the show the sound engineer changed the monitor settings on stage. All I could hear during my solo performances was the backing track while my violin almost disappeared from the monitors. Situations like this can put any live musician in a very difficult position, especially during exposed solo parts on big stages. That experience made me seriously think about how important in-ear monitoring really is for professional performances and why musicians should not fully depend on sound engineers during live events. Have you ever experienced something similar on stage?
“Great production deserves real exposure, not just uploads
Great production deserves real exposure, not just uploads with low reach. What’s good producers I’ve been connecting with a lot of talented creatives lately, and one thing I keep noticing is that many producers have crazy talent but struggle with visibility, audience growth, and getting their work in front of the right people. I specialize in music and video promotion, helping artists and producers grow organically through targeted promotion, audience engagement, content visibility, and strategic exposure across platforms and music communities. I’m not into fake hype or botted numbers, I’m more focused on helping creatives build real momentum and long-term presence around their work. If you’re a producer trying to grow your reach, push your beats, expand your audience, or connect with more artists, drop your links below or reply to this post

What’s the biggest mistake live musicians make at weddings and luxury events?🤔
From my experience, one of mistakes is: 1.Trying too hard to impress instead of reading the room. Sometimes one emotional melody at the right moment creates a bigger impact than the most difficult solo. 2.Ignoring sound quality. Even an incredible musician can lose the atmosphere completely with harsh volume, poor mixing or bad monitor balance. Curious to hear other opinions from you guys ?
