Happy Monday All
Hey everyone, I'm Robert, owner of Texas Premier Pressure Washing here in Houston. We're a commercial exterior maintenance company going on six years now, handling pressure washing, soft washing, parking lots, dumpster pads, paint striping, window cleaning, and post-construction cleanup. We run 3 trucks and a team of about 5 technicians (Had 10 last year).
Last year we did $1.2M in revenue. This year we lost two clients to budget cuts, which took about $500K off the books. We're on pace for around $800K, and my focus right now is rebuilding back to $1.2M and beyond, this time with a more diversified client base so we're not as exposed to one or two big accounts.
I'm here to learn from people who've been through similar rebuilds, and to share whatever I can from the commercial service side. Looking forward to connecting with you all.
