This business is a NUMBERS game. Period.
You’re not going to:
❌ Close every seller
❌ Get a deal from your first call
❌ Have every lead respond right away
But here’s what is real:
📞 The more people you talk to → the more offers you make
📄 The more offers you make → the more deals you close
💰 The more deals you close → the faster your income grows
You might need:
- 30 calls to get 1 solid lead
- 5–10 leads to get 1 contract
- 3 contracts to close 1 deal
That’s the game.
So don’t quit after 5 calls.
Don’t overthink the one seller who ghosted you.
